King County Metro Trailhead Direct

King County Metro's Trailhead Direct services are four bus routes sponsored by King County Parks and Metro's Community Connections program that connect riders directly to trails. The aim of the service is to reduce regional vehicle congestion, traffic along the I-90 corridor, and encourage hiking access to destinations along the I-90 corridor. View the schedules below or visit the website for more information

Buses run on weekends and designated holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. The traditional Trailhead Direct season is from April to October each year.
Adult: $2.75 | Low-Income Adult (LIFT): $1.50for Adults
$1.00 with Regional Reduced Fare Permit (Seniors must be 65+)for Seniors and people w/ disabilities
$1.50for Youth (ages 6-18)
Discounts Available
Children under 5: four children may ride with a person paying full adult fare. Accepts ORCA card, RRFP, and Metro transfers.The ORCA LIFT card is a reduced fare bus pass that is available to income-qualified individuals. The card allows riders to save 50 percent or more on trips using participating public transit agencies. RRFP is a reduced fare bus pass that is available to people 65 years or older, and/or people living with disabilities. The card allows riders to save over 70 percent on trips using public transit.
