There are other discounts for non-ORCA monthly passes. Discounts available on group tickets of 125+. Children 4 and under ride for free. Children under 5: four children may ride with a person paying full adult fare. Accepts ORCA card, RRFP, and Metro transfers.The ORCA LIFT card is a reduced fare bus pass that is available to income-qualified individuals. The card allows riders to save 50 percent or more on trips using participating public transit agencies. RRFP is a reduced fare bus pass that is available to people 65 years or older, and/or people living with disabilities. The card allows riders to save over 70 percent on trips using public transit.
